Privacy policy
ТОВ «МтехПласт» respects the privacy of website visitors. Below is what data we receive, why, who processes it and how to opt out.
Version of 15 October 2026.
Who processes the data
The data controller is ТОВ «МтехПласт» (MTECHPLAST), company code (EDRPOU) 45448998. For questions about your data, write to mtehplastglav@gmail.com or call +380 96 842 51 37.
What data we receive
Only what you send us yourself, and visit statistics if you have agreed to them:
- a request from the “Send a drawing for a quote” form: your name, phone number or Telegram, the service, part material, quantity, the task description and the attached drawing or 3D model file;
- messages to the Telegram bot @mtechplastbot: text, files and photos, your Telegram name and username, and your phone number if you choose to share it;
- an email to our address: whatever you write and attach;
- Google Analytics statistics — only after you agree in the banner (see below).
Why we need it
Data from requests and messages is used to calculate the cost and lead time, to contact you and to agree on the work. Statistics help us see which pages are useful and where visitors come from, so we can improve the site. The data is not used for mailings or advertising.
How requests and messages are delivered
A request from the form and the attached file arrive in the company's Telegram chat; requests and files are not stored on the website itself. The Telegram bot passes messages on to the same chat at once and does not keep them. If you choose to send by email, the letter is sent by your own mail app straight to the company's address — it does not pass through the site.
Google Analytics and cookies
The site does not need cookies to work. To see how the site is used, we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited. The counter loads only after you click “Allow” in the banner; until you agree, or if you decline, it does not run and no cookies are set. If you agree, Google Analytics receives:
- which pages you view, how long you stay and where you came from (search, links);
- device type, operating system, browser, language and approximate location (country, city) derived from your IP address — Google Analytics does not store the IP address itself;
- actions on the site: sending a request, tapping the phone, email or Telegram, choosing a works category — without your name, phone number, request text or files;
- the cookies _ga and _ga_<counter number>, which tell one browser from another; they are kept for up to 2 years.
What is switched off in Google Analytics
Advertising features are off: the site does not give Google consent to advertising cookies or ad personalisation (Google Consent Mode), Google signals for advertising are not enabled, and sharing data with Google to improve its products is off. Statistics are kept in Google Analytics for 14 months and then deleted automatically. Google may process this data on its servers outside Ukraine, including in the USA, under its data processing terms (business.safety.google/adsprocessorterms) and privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
How to opt out of statistics
Click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page and choose “Decline”: the counter switches off and its cookies are deleted. You can also block Google Analytics on all websites with a browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). Like any web server, it technically processes the IP address and browser data of each request to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks. These technical logs are kept for a short time and are not used for analytics.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data or pass it to others for their own purposes. The data is processed only by the services the site runs on: Telegram (requests and messages), Google (statistics, only with your consent) and Vercel (hosting). Data may be disclosed to public authorities only where the law requires it.
How long data is kept
Requests and correspondence — as long as needed for the quote, the order and accounting. Google Analytics statistics — 14 months. The _ga cookie — up to 2 years, or until you delete it or withdraw consent.
Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent to statistics and object to processing. To do so, write to mtehplastglav@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights; visitors from the EU can also contact the data protection authority of their country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with its date at the beginning of the text.
