Questions
A drawing or 3D model of the product, the product material and the planned volume. If there is no drawing, send a sample or describe the task — we will assess the design and give you the cost and lead time.
The form on the site accepts STEP, STP, DWG, DXF, PDF and ZIP archives, up to 4 MB per file. If the file is larger, send the request without it and pass the drawing on in the conversation that follows.
Injection molds for plastics — single- and multi-cavity — and blow molds for bottles, flasks, canisters and other hollow containers.
Yes. We do CNC milling and turning to the customer's drawing: parts, mold components and tooling.
Yes. We restore worn and damaged mold components, polish the forming surfaces and modify components to match changes in the product.
We produce recycled granules: polypropylene (PP), ABS, polycarbonate (PC), polyethylene (PE) and polystyrene (PS). Ask about availability and supply terms for each material — we will help you choose one for your task.
Cost and lead time depend on the mold design, the product material and the volume, so we give them after assessing the drawing or sample. Send a drawing for a quote and we will get back to you at the contact you leave.
Five steps: we receive the drawing or task, assess the design, cost and lead time, agree on the solution, start production and hand over the finished result.
Send a drawing or a 3D model — we'll calculate the cost and lead time.
